Im 22, and yes, i do see it. I was at a friends graduation the other week, and it was a shared party with his younger brother who just got out of HS.

COMPLETELY different crowds. Attitudes, actions, all of it. Though i did enjoy seeing 17-year old girls doing keg-stands in miniskirts, so im not going to complain too much.
