Eagles are a very good coaching staff, but Westbrook was the exact same type of player in college that he has been in the pros.
I dont think it was ever a question he would be an option to catch the ball out of the backfield but I dont think anyone thought he would be the eagles best receiver and I dont think he would be the #1 option to throw the ball to if he started his career with most teams other than the eagles and maybe a couple others. In that sense the eagles did make him into that kind of receiver because of their style of play.
