I don't buy this, at least not that it's something worth worrying about. If he was injured in the playoffs, and it would have required all-summer rehabbing, the Rangers would not have allowed him to partake in the World Championships just weeks later. By the way, nowhere in there does it mention that the Malkin incident is the cause, does it? If anything the article is over exaggerating some recurring knee problems that he's had since 2004, and he's performed just fine since then..
