Biggest change was, I guess, Tambellini. But here it seemed like it was Tambellini's decision and not that of Gillis.
I think the anticipation was that Gillis would make a major shake up but this has hardly been the case.

Aside from Delorme being canned, what else would you have liked to have seen in the front office?
We brought in Mellanby, Gagner, Gilman, reassigned Smyl from his player development role (which, if you go by his coaching stint in Manitoba, Smyl was not fit to do this job), fired 2 scouts, 2 assistant coaches, hired Walter and Williams (albeit not technically front office moves), hired a sports psychologist in Phelan, lost Tambi, promoted Henning...
Seems like quite the overhaul. Tambi's departure was by his own choosing, however that aside, it seems to have been a busy summer getting some fresh faces in our organization.
