Sounds like Fransson would be a great pick at #36 if we get lucky..... Hedman a late 2nd?

Edit: I stated my reply before I saw bluenotes post. Thanks
Here's a scouting report i picked up on Fransson:

JOHAN FRANSSON D 6-1, 183 2/18/85 Lulea (Sweden) 44 GP, 3 G, 3 A, 6 PTS, 28 PIM

Would have been eligible for last year's draft but opted out after a groin injury sidelined him for half the season. Made the jump to the Swedish Elite League and also played at the World Junior Championships. At No. 7 among European prospects, he's NHL Central Scouting's top-ranked Swede. Highly skilled defenseman is a good skater with a great attitude. Scouts like his poise under pressure and his competitiveness. Has the size to mix it up in the corners and in front of the net. Likes to get involved in the offensive zone, although his statistics don't show it. He is coming off a concussion in the Elite League playoffs and could drop into the early second round.
