I had this in my notes, but where it says "under" I had mistakenly written "over". Not quite the same thing.
I think this answers the question. If I'm incorrect please let us all know.
I had no idea a rule like this existed. Seems like a great way to grab a sleeper. Kudos to DL and his crew.
