F1 used to race in Mt. Tremblant and Watkins Glen. Increased demands for Grands Prix around the world means that costs of doing business goes up.

How many of the panhandlers on Rue Ste. Catherine are really homeless? Some of them bring these extremely well-groomed dogs, who are obviously well-fed. Seems awfully suscpicious.
