Come on, that was a lame excuse considering the physical test results for players who moved where all over the map. The fact is that this organization has moved toward filling out a roster almost entirely with gritty forecheckers. Unless they can score 50-100 points, there is no room for players like Nikulin on this team.

No, it's about size and toughness. If he wasn't a Size-Queen before the SCF's against Anaheim, he is now.

Hmmm, what about Schubert, Nikulin and a pick for just Halak?
