Girardi does a fine job of getting the puck to the net, keeping the puck in the zone and moving the puck quickly on the PP.

In case you forgot his numbers from last year - 10G, 18A and hes already got 5 assists this year. As the poster above me mentioned, its about results on the PP. Im sure Staal would be fine there but Girardi has proven it and Staal is becoming a workhorse 5 on 5, so we stretch him thin?

Theres no reason to move him off the PP.
