Just to revisit this post, I ordered the NHL Center Ice on Verizon Fios on 11/1/08 in the northern, va area. Apparently, this was available about a week before I ordered it.
Other notes:
1. It takes about 24 to 48 hours to acivate after you order it.
2. Price is $179
3. HD is not yet available but will be in a few weeks.
