Well its Friday night and Im alone which means kitchen experiment night.

I got lamb loin chop marinaded in olive oil and rosemary.

I seared them and then covered each chop with blue cheese and broiled til brown.

I then made a make shift greek salad. Fried up some garlic onions and mushrooms in my cast iron, added bok choy then once sauteed, I added some parsley and oregano to give it that greek salad zing and once in the place, I placed some sliced tomatos, black olives and feta on top on the mix and drizzled with Olive Oil.

Once the lamb was ready, I scooped a bit of tatziki on my plate and sat the chops on it.

Enjoying it right now with a glass of white!
