Finally - someone who gets it..!

I find it funny that whenever "contraction" gets brought up, nobody is willing to contract their favorite team. The day someone posts that their favorite team should get contracted for the betterment of the league is the day I read that post with interest and an open ear.

For those who care the Jackets and the NHL have a very bright future in Columbus. The sport is actually growing in a new market. We are at a 95% season ticket renewal rate even in a lockout year - pretty good for a 5th year bottom-feeder (can't wait to see what the numbers are when we are actually competitive).

I hope this guy is right and they can work out an agreement b/c I would hate to see any teams fold.
