Guerin still has something left in the tank... he is big and a force around the net and along the boards... he can still skate... he is also a right handed shot... he is going to be an UFA this Summer so he is going to be on the trade block I believe.

I don't want to see the Pens make another big trade like last season. They will actually have to give up something of value this time... and I feel like Guerin can be had for a 2nd and a mid level prospect perhaps.

I know he can make a big impact for the Pens if Shero acquires him.
I don't think Hossa and Guerin are good comparables. The reason why is because Hossa's non-producing playoff seasons were when he was an extremely young player. As he entered his prime, he had good playoff years in Ottawa.

Guerin has never really had a good playoff that I can recall off the top of my head.
