I think it did, not because of our dominant win, but mostly because we did alot of things in that game that we hadn't in the Toronto game: We came out strong, played a solid defensive game, played physical (within the limits of the game), didn't get rattled by pest tactics, controlled the play, etc, etc.
The Ottawa game didn't resonate with me because of the score, but more because of the style of game the Habs played in it, which is what we need more of regardless of the opponent we're playing
