Sure it can. It's 23rd. It's going to be dead last if this keeps up.

Something has to be done. I don't know what that is but we can't keep going like this on the PP. The game needed to be put away on that 5 on 3.

How do you go from the best PP in the league to one of the worst? Mark Streit is the only factor? I don't think so.
