I assume by three season you mean three relatively full seasons in the NHL. With that in mind:

Max Pacioretty, LW lock
Ben Maxwell, C
Kyle Chipchura, C lock
P.K. Subban, D lock
David Fischer, D
Matt D'Agostini, RW lock
Yannick Weber, D
Mathieu Carle, D
Danny Kristo, RW
Alexei Yemelin, D
Pavel Valentenko, D
Cedrick Desjardins, G
Shawn Belle, D
Brock Trotter, C
Ryan White, C
Andrew Conboy, LW
Steve Quailer, RW
Greg Stewart, RW
Maxim Trunev, RW
James Wyman, RW
Greg Pateryn, D

there are others I think have a decent chance, but the ones I bolded are the ones I would bet on without any worries of losing a dime.
