More changes for the Islanders, including Fritz:

Defenseman Andy Sutton and forward Nate Thompson will not play tonight in Philadelphia after coming down with a case of the flu. Thompson actually only made it through the first period in the Islanders' 4-2 loss Monday night in Toronto because of the illness. Sutton completed the game but is too sick to handle the back-to-back

The Isles have called up defenseman Joe Callahan on an emergency basis from Bridgeport to take Sutton's place. Enforcer Mitch Fritz once again is on the shuttle from Bridgeport as a regular callup to take Thompson's place in the lineup against the rugged Flyers. This will be the second time Fritz has been in the lineup in three meetings with the Flyers this season.
