Renney was using the Gomez line as a top line, rightfully so, and the Drury and Dubinsky lines are pretty much lines 2A and 2B, Betts line used as the "checking line" obviously.

The Drury line actually got more ice time then the Dubinsky line last night. Drury logged over 19 minutes.

I don't think Renney really believes in having lines designated as 1, 2, 3... it's more about match ups and who he feels fits the situation.

I like that mentality. It gets everyone involved.

I think if he had clear cut 1, 2, 3... he would go with it. But these guys have not shown enough consistency as units to do it.

Also, I think we are going to come out of the gates hard tonight. We came out hard last night and was awareded 2 points in a hard, tough game. I think if we lost it would be a diffrent story. They know they need to work hard to win. They know a lot of focus is on this trip and they want to come away with 6.
