If you were playing with Giordano instead of the (mostly) top 3 forwards he's been paired with in past years, your point production and +/- would drop as well.
For all it's worth, Calgary is the only team in the top 10 of the league that has <1:1 goal to goals against differential. I'm sure that affects his +/- as well
