I've yet to see a coach who wants them to lay back, I think they get over cautious , and reluctant to get caught. Carbo has always preached to forecheck agressively but to be smart and read the play. Don't chase a d man behind the net when he has an easy outlet pass on the other side.

I think it's more about players getting the message, I think Carbo, Muller and co. have always got it.
