words can't express how as a Met fan, how low I feel. The trade may very well pan out well, and solidify our pitching staff in the present and for the next few years. But right now I feel like ****, I feel like every franchise I root for is destined to fail (rangers, mets, giants, knicks), not by bad luck, but by utter stupidity. Maybe they know something about Kazmir that no one else knows, maybe Peterson could turn Zambrano into an ace, maybe Huber wasn't all he was cracked up to be, but as it is right now, there are too many question marks about the 2 pitchers we recieved (control, and injury wise), and the amount of young talent we gave up for them. One could argue that what the mets gave up could have yielded a much bigger prize, after all a player like Soriano was offered straight up before the season for Kazmir...
