I ask because I want to know why Pacioretty is NHL ready and Subban and/or McDonagh are not (besides the fact that Pacioretty signed a contract)?
It realy depends on the player himself, but i think that everybody will agree that usualy Defensmen tend to need more time to adjust their game to the speed of the NHL.
