The happy medium is when good players become great. The players that play intelligently by instinct is what you are looking for. For some reason NONE of our players can do that right now and they have had to dumb down their game because of it. I personally would say that some of the troubles our higher talent guys are having is that we just don't have enough talent right now. Meaning in the ultimate team game you have to rely on your teammates to help you and right now there is no one that can. Hence, too much thinking and not enough instincts.
