He's been improving leaps and bounds. His defensive play isn't great but it's much better than he started the season. He's really good with the puck on his stick along the boards and when he goes to the front of the net taps in rebounds. One of my favorite goals this year he's two feet from the net and roofs the rebound over the goaltender's shoulder. Top corner. It's a fantastic shot that not many can do, especially in tight with a defenseman trying to stop him. He's also got a pretty nice wrist shot I'd love to see him use more often.
Next year I picture him on a line with Richards and Eriksson. They're going to be a good combo. I just thank god he's in Dallas and not in Detroit. He's still getting used to the speed of the game over here but his talent shows and his work ethic will take him pretty far. I see him as a 60 point guy in a couple of seasons.
