Knowing how to play a 2 on 1 has nothing to do with experience. It's taught in novice to take away the pass and let the goalie concentrate on the shooter and I would imagine upon reaching the NHL a defenseman would have faced lots of 2 on 1's. Even with all his experience Brisebois defensive zone coverage is terrible. Every goal scored against him is pretty much him not being on his man as was seen by Ottawa's first goal last night. It is also embarrassing watching him try and knock guys off the puck with that little fairy push of his. Players on the other team must love seeing him on the ice instead of Komi.
