There's a big difference. Take Miroslav Zalesak for example. He's one of the top scorers in the AHL and puts up pretty good numbers, but that's all he does. He doesn't play any defense at all. When he played in San Jose last season, he didn't do so well and was sent back down after 1 game. Chad, on the other hand, is a very good 2-way, all-around player. Not only does he put up good numbers and plays defense, he's not afraid to check or get into scrums.
