No, when he played with Holik and Jagr late in the season he actually played pretty well. Still had trouble, and bad luck, as far as goals go, but he was making plays and puting up a few points. And if he is resigned, he would be playing with Holik and Jagr once again, which is why it isn't such a bad idea.

He won't be playing with any of Kovalev, Nedved or Messier... so you should look at what he can do with Jagr/Holik rather than what he did with players we don't even have anymore.
