The speed of this team is overrated. There's pure speed, like speed skating and then speed in your decision making and speed in your passing game. Lang wasn't about speed, nor is Kovalev, Koivu, Latendresse, Laraque, Sergei Kostitsyn, most D's......

We were taking better decisions last year 'cause we were more imaginative and more committed. Now that we surprised the NHL last year, people now know what to do against us and nobody knows how to adapt their game.

We need to have a better mix in the players. MaxPac and D'Ago should be better next year, though D'Ago is still showing me the lack of consistency is so known for even in his implication. Carbonneau has no idea what to do right now....but then he has the players he has right now....
