This is Coburn's 3rd or 4th year, lol
Its his second FULL season in the NHL. He was up and down the prior year with Atlanta before finally sticking in the NHL once he was moved. While not a sophomore by the NHL's definition, he has barley played two full seasons in the NHL at this point (189 games to be exact) Although he played very well last year, I think some had too high of expectations for him this year, myself included. Dmen are usually up and down their first 3-4 seasons in the NHL before they really hit their stride.....When you then consider the negative impact Atlanta had on his confidence and development, I am not sure I would even count those 30 games.

Doesnt help that Stevens is a bonehead and keeps playing him with someone he shouldnt be paired with.
