I also think that the Rangers would be "dumb" as you so aptly put it to trade a guy like Rachunek for someone like Pyatt that hasn't done anything at the NHL level, and doesn't seem to be taking the next step forward.
Also take into account that the Rangers will have Jagr and Balej as their top 2 line RW'ers so a pure RW foward isnt needed.
Nylander will center Jagr and they may move Lundmark back to his natural center position.
So it could look like this...
