Losing Streit was huge to team...we need an offensive defenseman. Make one move improves team in three areas. Makes is easier to move puck out of our end, plus add to our powerplay and overall offense. Look what happened to other teams this year after adding these type of offensive defenseman. San Jose with adding Boyle and Blake, or Chicago after adding Campbell and the play of Seabrooke and Keith.

Boumesster would do wonders here...but he would be tough to get even if he is available. We don't have many puck carrying defenseman. Markov really only one, O'Bryne and Komisarek are stay at home type defenseman. Bouillon can't handle the puck, Hamrlik is so-so at best, Gorges is not much better if not worse handling the puck.

I voted for losing Streit as our main struggles this season. Karble, maybe Ohlund. I would say Kuba but he's had groin problems lately, stay away from him. Ian White could be good cheap pickup, I think better than Schneider. Who could be done
