There's a whole section about reported cases of disease associated with steroid use. There's not a whole lot of them and there's actually no proof at all that it's significally more than the general population. There's less than 10 reported cases of life treatening illness linked to steroid abuse and about 4 reported deaths. And let me tell you, if there were more, they would absolutely report them. If they didn't report them, it would be highly unethical (they would be hiding that steroids are dangerous if they don't report the cases, so, you get the point?). So, 4 deaths and like 10 sick people in 50 years. Wanna know the numbers about cigarette and alcool?
