He didn't mention anything about the concussions, but he did say that Joni's role would increase this year, and that he's the best young defenseman in the league.

He was also asked about the style of play that Tampa plays, and if their trend toward a more risk taking offense would become the way teams play now.He said that if Tampa plays like that next year, they won't have the sucess, because teams will exploit their weaknesses. He can't wait to play them next season.
He also said, games like Game 6 vs. Tampa, he was more of a spectator, than coach, and it is amazing to watch players refuse to lose. He also stated the obvious, that if we had better penatly killing, we would have been in a better position to win that series. He said better penatly killing is a priority for the upcoming season, and he wants the team to be over 90%, and in the top 5.
He leaves today, for the World Cup, and if he's not back for the start of camp, Terry Murray will be on the ice, coaching!
