Valid points, but I also think that Poti being 6'3 is a factor. leetch and Coffey were'nt expected to clear the crease because they were smaller and so when Poti get's burnt in front of his net it's an issue. Poti is a dynamic defenseman offensively, but is sub-par defensively. You cant teach talent and I think he could be mentored into being much better defensively, maybe not in this organisation. I can't help but like Poti's skating, passing etc although he does have obvious defenesive deficiencies.

With Rachunek I feel it's too early to grade him. I'd wait until atleast 20 games in (if there is a season) and then trade whichever one of the two is playing the worst. I wouldnt trade him now as i feel he has'nt ben given a proper chance.
