Whether this guy is a licensed professional or not is another question. Many times, they are just ex-junkies that "have gone through it."
This bold part made me laugh. In light of the complete invasion of privacy by the French media in the Kosty bros and Hamrlik the very idea of privacy in Quebec is a joke.
Apparently, you can disregard the fact the law will not pursue the Bros and publish a story about them thus causing defamation or libel and get away with it. We're big on "privacy laws" here? What a joke.
