This is what frustrates me most about Carbo. I know I'm not there in the room and such, but he seems to totally disregard any personal interraction with players.
I remember in Lats' rookie year, in February, he said Carbo had never spoken to him.
I know a few other players have said the same thing.

I think good coaches realize that there needs to be good communication with his players, and until Carbo realizes this, he's going to remain a mediocre coach.
