Your logic is flawed. If size was everything, Parise would not have been drafted in the first round period. Players like Jessiman would go #1 every year. There are plenty guys who are small and make it while having little physical presence. Parise's shortness is being overstated. He is bigger then Kariya, yes he can get knocked around but his style and play won't put him in that position.
