Thanks for the responses guys. I wouldn't have been worried about it if it wasn't for the popping sound on the opposite side of the injured knee. I wanted to be playing next week and that was why I was a little bit hesitant to go right away, I was hoping it would just heal and not be a problem. The university has a good a health center and I'm covered through the school's insurance, so I am for sure getting it looked at. I just can't believe an innocent little shot somehow hit an exposed weak spot through my shin guard while it was bent and is causing me this problem. A weak trip tore the meniscus in my other knee a few years ago, damn the luck
