Zigmund Palffy had a goal and two assists. With time running down and the Bratislava net empty, Palffy made it past the Slovan defender, looked for someone to pass to and then from a difficult angle put the puck into the empty net.

Good to see a large crowd outside of Kosice. Also a lot of Skalica fans were at the game.
Mikus actually had 3+2 and Palffy 1+3. Palffy now leads the league in playoff scoring with 4+6=10 points in 5 games. Mikus is tied for 2nd with 4+5=9 points.

Second game of the best of seven series is played tonight.
