I'm pretty flattered that this is here, it's greatly appreciated, more than I could type into words. Thank you.

The surgery stems from my femur (lower body injury) from last February. As a result of that injury, where I broke my femur into two pieces...I subsequently had some knee damage. After two MRI's and several trips to different specialists (4 in total), I finally found a surgeon willing to operate on me and cut me open and see with his own the two MRI's came back inconclusive.

The result - I both tore and stretched my ACL. Now that 14 months has passed, he was and will be unable to sew it back that's why I require further surgery. He'll likely have to cut some ligaments from my achilles and reconstruct my ACL from scratch (with other body parts...good times. What makes this complicated, is that I have a titanium implant in my leg from hip to knee, and he said that's going to complicate things. So, the short of it all, I have been without a ****ing ACL for 14 months!!! *sigh*

Anyways, enough of that.

I feel like **** and am in considerable pain. Been sick to my stomach and all that fun stuff. Back to bed rest and sleep for me.

I'll do my best to catch the Flyers game tonight, but it will probably be watching me.

Thank you again for the well wishes folks, you guys are a awesome group.

Let's Go Flyers!!!
Pansy. ACL's are overrated anyway.

You've got me trumped on any injury period. Heal up, and get ready for playoff hockey!
