New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Colorado, Boston, Dallas, Minnesota, St. Louis, Tampa Bay/Miami, Washington, Chicago. I don't agree whole heartedly with what you say here, but I can't entirely dismiss it as being wrong either. The NHL does take liberties with Cananda for the sake of making a go of it in the States. I understand part of it, but I most definitely do not agree with it.
