Let me be clear: I don't accept the game of chicken they're playing because neither will waiver.
Fans of hockey should be angry with both sides equally if the NHL doesn't start.
To try to sue both the NHL and the PA is a way to publicize fan frustration.
Here's the sentiment: Lock the two sides in a room until they've got a decision they both can live with over the short term.
Or pressure them to go to binding arbitration, on a one-year deal at least.
Plan a protest demonstration or other action.
Come on, think outside the box.
If we all stand by and do nothing then we deserve what we will get... nothing.
