I do not think the Rays will make the playoffs. It would just be too simple. See teams like the Angels, Rockies, Astros, Tigers, even last year's Indians who fell off the next year after going to the World Series (Angels winning it actually). Look at the Rays roster...and look at the rosters of the teams you just listed.
Certainly they might end up 3rd, it's a ridiculously hard division to win...but to just flat dismiss them is idiotic. And to act as if those that picked them are doing something stupid is idiotic. They won that division last year, and it was on merit...not luck.
