I agree with Redux91 on the likelihood of Tavares getting 50. He has elite hands. Unless something goes off the rails for him or the teams he plays with, it's almost a shoo-in IMHO.

That said, I also have to believe that Crosby will get 50 some time as well. He'll be so good for so long that it's inevitable, even if scoring goals isn't his pure forte.

And even though we keep saying it and it never happens in any significant way, the NHL presumably will maintain an agenda of increasing scoring, and there's probably a decent chance that some time over the next 15-20 years these guys are playing in the league, there will be more than 1 player a year scoring 50.
