True

If a player is offered

Rangers
Bonus - $10 million
Year 1 - $1 million
Year 2 - $1 million
Year 3 - $1 million
Year 4 - $1 million
Year 5 - $1 million

or

Flames
Year 1 - $2 million
Year 2 - $2.5 million
Year 3 - $3 million
Year 4 - $3.5 million
Year 5 - $4 million

It's $15 million any way you slice it ... but better to take the Rangers offer.
