The last deal was viewed as a HUGE victory for the owners, at the time. They were trying to control RFA's, and never thought the UFA's would be able to get the salaries they have received.

I think the lockout will last a year at which point the owners will get a judge to declare an impasse. They will be able to implement the system they want at which point we will see a wildcat player strike.
