The Flyers don't have to come to terms with either player, they just need to make them a "bona fide offer," as defined under the last (I can finally write that) bargaining agreement. If the Flyers offer them at least the minimum for entry-level players and one or both do not accept the offer, that doesn't give them the right to re-enter the draft.

Ultimately, I don't forsee the Flyers as having trouble signing either player. Clarke has always found a way to get his young players the organization is high on into camp. Though he's of a similar generation, he's not Harry Sinden.
