The media and the fan are so funny (Free agent signing)

I think everyone will agree when I said that the season has been a pretty good case of what happen when everything goes wrong. The multiple injury to key player, the player telling the journalist that they don't understand the coach and what he want from them, the worst day in the Habs history, all the rumors about the players with thing like **** and coke being thrown around, the shocking coaching change, Kovalev who stay at home for some game, the borderline playoff clinch and a quick elimanation against one of our worst enemy.

Now, what I found funny is the reaction by the media, and by some band-wagon fan. You can read in every paper some journalist saying that those events will make it even harder for us to sign free agent. The player around the league know what happen, they know that the Habs best prospect for the last 10 years was booed at the last game.

So that's it, the media spend a whole season trying to find eveything that is wrong with a team, some reporter even talk about the behavior of the coach wife, other write news about what the player do outside of the ice. And after they prooved to everyone in the league that Montreal is a circus where your personnal life will be subject to multiple news on the radio, the internet and the newspapers, they complain that it will be hard to sign free agent.

I'm so tired of them, they are not the reason the season was so bad, but they keep digging the dirtiest stuff they can and give a bad reputation about the Canadiens around the league.

I just can't believe they can't admit that they are part of the equation. There's some good journalist around that don't follow that trend, I'm thinking of Mathias Brunet, but the rest of them ?

If Montreal wanted to do everything to make sure that no one wnats to sign here, they couldn't do better then right now !
