Not sure if this is the 2008 or 2009 comp table, but will give you an idea. I do know that the compensation must be the signing team's own picks, not acquired picks.

$5,231,249 - $6,539,062........Two 1st's, one 2nd, one 3rd round pick

$6,539,062 or more................Four 1st round picks

We love Upshall in Phoenix, but if someone offers him a multi-year at $2.62M per, I think we'd take the 1st and 3rd round picks.
