Half of the guys in my rec league admittedly have or currently do take steroids. That doesn't mean that I'm going to go do it too. I mean yeah it sucks being 6'2 and getting thrown around like a ragdoll, but that's not the point. It's bad for you.

Cut the supplements and stick to vitamins + protein
